Rugged MTB Tire

Don’t know if I’ll go back to one of the big brands after using these. Don’t know how they will perform in dry and dusty conditions but I used them this past weekend in Michaux State Forest on a greasy wet day. These things stuck to the ground and held beyond expectations in the corners.

I've already been running the Delium Rugged "All-Around" tires on my full suspension rig. They have been phenomenal. They are 27.5 size and are not that heavy but have the best grip of any tire I've ever used and surprisingly low rolling resistance. The compound seems too soft to get the low wear I've been seeing. Seems to good to be true.
Now that I've switched this bike to mullet 29 in front for more descending and chunky terrain I fitted the Rugged Reinforced tire. It has the same grip characteristics. It is definitely heavier but on this bike now that almost seems like a benefit. I'm certainly not fast downhill so I'm not pushing these tires as hard as a quick young kid. I usually run them around 15 psi front and 15-17 psi in the back. I'm about 190 lbs with gear on.
The price to performance value of Delium tires is unbeatable in my eyes. I'm looking forward to trying their lighter tires on my more XC/light trail bikes. Thanks Delium for making a do-it-all tire at an affordable price!

This is my second delium tire. Great tires! Delium is game changer on the mtb tire market.

These tires have a great value and grip but in my opinion, for a dh tire they are a little too soft overall. After a weekend of laps (probably 30k ft of decending give or take) the turning nobs are about to fall off. It would be nice if you offered a less grippy and longer lasting option.
